Question 1

What areas do you serve?

Accepted Answer

HoneyBee Events and Details is based in and proudly serves the entire Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex — including Dallas, Fort Worth, Plano, Frisco, Irving, Arlington, Grapevine, Southlake, McKinney, Allen, Denton, and Richardson. If your venue is outside DFW, just ask — we travel throughout the region.

Question 2

What types of events do you coordinate?

Accepted Answer

We coordinate and style weddings, corporate events, holiday parties, milestone birthdays, baby and bridal showers, anniversaries, retirement celebrations, private parties, and other special events. Whether it's an intimate gathering or a large celebration, we tailor every detail to your vision, venue, and budget.

Question 3

What's the difference between day-of, month-of, and full coordination?

Accepted Answer

Day-of coordination is for clients who planned everything themselves and want a professional to lead the day. Month-of coordination steps in during the final 4–6 weeks to tie up loose ends, confirm vendors, and run the day. Full event coordination is a partnership from the first idea to the final toast, including vendor sourcing, timeline management, and design guidance.

Question 4

Do you provide florals, or do I need a separate florist?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we offer custom floral arrangements, centerpieces, and accents as part of our event design. Florals are woven into your overall décor and styling so everything feels cohesive. If you already have a florist you love, we're happy to coordinate with them too.

Question 5

How far in advance should I book?

Accepted Answer

For weddings and large corporate events, we recommend booking 6–12 months in advance to secure your date. For smaller celebrations like showers and birthday parties, 2–4 months is usually enough. Peak season (spring and fall in DFW) fills quickly, so the earlier you reach out, the better.

Question 6

Do you handle setup and teardown?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Professional venue setup and complete teardown are included with our décor and coordination services. We arrive early, place and style every element, and handle the breakdown afterward — so you and your guests never lift a finger.

Question 7

How does pricing work?

Accepted Answer

Every event is customized based on your needs, vision, venue, and budget, so we don't publish a one-size-fits-all price list. After you submit an inquiry, we'll schedule a consultation and put together a personalized proposal with transparent pricing for the services you want.

Question 8

How do I get started?

Accepted Answer

Start by filling out our inquiry form with your event date, type, venue, estimated guest count, services needed, budget, and a little about your vision. We'll review your details, reach out to schedule a consultation, and build a personalized proposal from there.
